One-file tools process uploads on the server without saving originals. Signed-in workspace uploads are stored privately in Firebase Storage; job status, mailbox field rules and account usage are stored in Firestore.

When AI is enabled by the site owner, document content is sent to Google's Gemini API for extraction. Otherwise the site uses PDF text extraction, OCR and basic rules on its server.

Workspace originals and results remain until you delete the document. Optional one-file history stays in this browser only, without encryption. Workspace exports include source references. Do not save sensitive results on shared devices.

Firebase Authentication manages sign-in. Workspace APIs check the owner of every document. API key hashes and webhook signing secrets are stored on the server; client database and storage access are denied by the supplied security rules.

These notices describe the current implementation. The site owner must add their legal identity, contact details and applicable policies before a public launch.
